Pacifica

I love watching these two play together.

Is it just me or does laundry day come up pretty fast?

This is why I have a hard time folding laundry with Little Bug around.

Laundry generally makes me grumpy. It is just one of those things. However, when I came out of my bedroom to discover Little Bug in the laundry basket declaring "sock" over and over again while trying to put her sock on, it made me happy.

At least the concept is there!

Saturday morning

Andrew and I recently discovered we live a few blocks away from a canyon you can hike up. Saturday morning before all the rain came in, we decided to venture up it. Little Bug's favorite part was looking at all the "puppies" walking with their owners. Here she is debating if she can get away from us fast enough to catch up with the "puppies" around the corner.

First A's game of the season

Little Bug joining the cheering crowds by clapping her hands. Hmmm...is it time to get rid of the pacifier?

Favorite things...

When we go to the zoo there are two things we must do according to Little Bug. #1 stare at the giraffes for a very long time. We could even go back to them for a second visit before heading to the car.

#2 slide down the caterpillar over and over again.

Happy Easter!

This Easter we were fairly certain Little Bug wouldn't get the concept of searching for hidden eggs and placing them in a basket let alone the Resurrection. So, we openly displayed her Easter basket for her to see when she woke up. Sure enough she didn't miss it.

She was pretty excited about the whole thing. Evidently, Andrew and I are full supporters of commercialized holiday candy. Yum.

Here she is basking in the glory of her favorite part, the fake grass. Which is a pretty good thing considering we gave away all her candy later that day during an Easter egg hunt.

Of course the holiday would not be complete without some dying of eggs. We actually weren't aware of this fact until we got a call from an unidentified family member who politely informed us otherwise. Much to our surprise, she really liked dying eggs.

We hope everyone had a wonderful Easter and had a moment to be reminded and reflect on the gift given to us by the Savior.
